Serial #7535, .22 WRF, 24 inch octagonal barrel with a bright, excellent bore that shows a professional re-sleeve. This is the Model 1890 slide action rifle manufactured by Winchester in 1891, the second year of production. The classic pump rifle has been fully and professionally restored featuring beautiful case-hardening color on the frame, trigger guard and butt plate. The barrel and magazine tube retain about 98-99% of the professional re-blue with still strong markings on the barrel. The frame shows virtually all 99% of the vibrant case colors with some areas that, under strong light, some original roughness can be seen along with some very mild handling marks to the new finish. The walnut stock and forearm are likewise in excellent refinished condition with some very minor use and storage blemishes. With some of the finest restoration work that we have seen this is a beautiful looking Model 1890 that would take center stage in many collections. Antique.;
