Scarce Winchester Model 1876 Carbine
Description: Here is a earlier Winchester 1876 Carbine manufactured in 1878. This carbine features a standard carbine configuration. Traces of blue can still be found on the frame with stronger traces of original blue also still being able to be found on the barrel. The wood butt stock and forearm show an untouched appearance as if they've never been sanded or refinished in any way shape or form; likely only a coat of oil once or twice in its lifetime. Wood to metal fit is excellent. Mechanically works well. Normally 1876 Carbines were beat to hell and went to the Mounties, this here is just a nice honest original example of a scarce Winchester Carbine! Shipping is $50 plus actual insurance. Thanks!
