BEAUTIFUL WINCHESTER MODEL 1873 DELUXE FACTORY ENGRAVED RIFLE IN 44 WCF CALIBER

Description:
Special order 24 inch half octagon barrel chambered in 44 WCF caliber with a bright shiny very near excellent bore with a button mag. Original sights include a blade front with light engraving on the base and a typical sporting rear with a thick base folding vernier tang. Barrel retains about 50% thinning blue that is toning to a plum/brown. Receiver retains about 60% case colors with the strongest colors in the protected areas and some turning a nickel color. Dust cover retains about 75% blue and is engraved as well. Single set trigger functions as it should. The forend cap retains a considerable amount of case color and is engraved as well. Hammer and lever have good case colors. Crisp functioning action. Gun features 2X grade deluxe walnut pistol grip stock with "H" style checkering. Wood retains most original varnish and has a steel shotgun style buttplate. This is just a beautiful gun with crisp $ 2.50 factory engraving. Complete with a Factory Letter stating features as well as being manufactured in 1883.
