Winchester Model 94 Limited Edition Centennial Grade I Rifle w/ Tang Sight and Box
Description:
Serial #CN08080, .30 WCF (.30-30), 26" part octagon barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This rifle was made in 1994 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Winchester’s iconic Model 1894 rifles and carbines. This example retains practically all of the original blue finish with almost no wear or finish loss along the bearing surfaces of the bolt and hammer, and some trace fading at the muzzle. The No. 9 pattern engraving is crisp and clear and the rifle is fitted with both the original barrel sights and the original flip-up tang sight that had to be purchased seperatley. The nicely figured walnut forend and pistol-grip buttstock are likewise in excellent shape with very little flattening of the points and almost no handling marks or blemishes marring the original varnish. The rifle is housed in the original shipping box, complete with outer sleeve and papers. This is a great looking Winchester, in virtually new condition, and would make a great addition to any collection. FFL;
