Description:
This is a very fine condition third model 1890 (90), in rare WRF calibur, from 1925. This gun has had a very light clean up and blue to the receiver only, due to typical flacking of the original blue. The other metal surfaces are all original, and cary 95+% of the factory blue. All script, proof marks, and matching S/N's are clear and legible. The front of the receiver is clearly stamped WRF as it should be. The sighrt package is original, and the bore of the 24" barrel is excellent. The original finish walnut stocks are free of repairs, or cracks, with the exception of a few scratches, they show better than normal condition for a 100 year old rifle. All in all, a great example for your Winchester slide action collection. $2250.00 Shipped and Insured through UPS to a current FFL holder in your area. Sold only to the lower 48 states. Payment by Certified funds only. Questions, call Dan at (608) 751-7194. Thanks for your interest.
