Description: Here's a PREWAR Walther Model 2, 22 LR. This rifle has a unique design that allows it to be fired in either semi auto or as a bolt action rifle. The rifle has had a blue restoration in it's past. But, check the photos as the bluing work looks great . The bore's excellent, stock looks great and it has a 24 5/8'' barrel, Manufactured circa 1930s. Ramped fixed front and tangent rear sights. Complete with one original factory magazine. The unique design of the Walther Model 2 rifle allows it to be used as a semi-automatic or bolt action repeater. The right side of the barrel and receiver are stamped with commercial crown/B, U and G proofs. The metal finish shows wear and thinning, with some scattered minor surface spotting.
