Tikka M595 heavy barrel varmint model in 17 Remington made by Sako in Finland
Description: Sold pending funds---Here's a rarely seen and really nice varmint model Tikka M595 in 17 Remington with a 26" heavy barrel. The wood has just a few shallow impressions, nothing through the finish, and the blueing looks as new. Any imperfections are shown in the pictures. It has an excellent trigger break at just over 1-1/2 lbs. Included is the standard three round magazine and one factory six round magazine. I purchased this new several years ago. I mounted a scope, sighted it in and shot it on one prairie dog shoot, shooting a total of 10 boxes of factory loads. So, 200 rounds total. It's accuracy was well within my minute-of-prairie-dog criteria, and I'm very picky, but just never got into acquiring dies, bullets and powder and then working up loads and reloading for it. I just have other PD guns in other calibers that I prefer.
