For sale, Valmet M71/S , .223/5.56x45, by original owner ( purchased about 1980-81), UNFIRED . Rifle comes with two original factory magazines , one 30 rd and one 15 rd that are correct M71 ( single spacer (dimple / rivit) magazines, in near perfect condition showing no real wear and little evidence ever inserted. The M71 magazines are alomost identical to the M76 mags ( M71 has one spacer dimple and M76 has three spacer dimples on top collar ) and is interchangeable with M76 or Valmet Hunter .223 mags The dust cover has a mimiscule scratch but otherwise this M71 has escaped the dings and scratches common to rifles that have spent the last 45 years in a safe. Other magazine option availiable for discussion.
