Description:
              $$$ REDUCED..........This Steyr SSG.69, PII rifle has a 1" Dia. Leupold 3.5 – 10X scope, having clear optics and fine cross hairs, mounted. It is supported with a Harris Bi-Pod and Sling. The .308 barrel has a bright Excellent bore and has a threaded muzzle (5/8 x 24 TPI) for Suppressor mounting if desired. It will be shipped with 2 Steyr .308 Mags. The rifle and Scope are in Excellent condition showing only very minor wear and a few light handling marks.

ALL Federal, State, & Local firearms laws will be followed.  I will take NO shortcuts in the process of a legal sale or transfer, so please don’t ask.
SHIPPING: 
Shipments are made via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, Insured, with Signature required. Packing, Shipping and Insurance cost for this Rifle is $60.00.

FIREARMS:
          Modern firearms, post 1898, can only be shipped to a Type 01 Federal Firearms License address.  Curio-Relic firearms, as defined by the BATF list, can usually be shipped to a Type 03 Collectors License address. Some states have additional restrictions such as CA, CT, DC, IL, NJ and NY.
A signed valid FFL license copy either mailed or emailed will be required for shipment to only the license address.

Your complete satisfaction is assured, see objective above.  If you are not satisfied, please contact me within 3 days of receipt.  Please don’t fire the weapon, safety, function and accuracy are NOT Guaranteed.  Any weapon offered by Beaver Creek Arms is never test fired nor is there any representation the gun is functional and safe to fire.  These guns are sold for collectors and only represented as used firearms that must be checked by a competent person, observe all the necessary safety precautions prior to attempting to load and fire one of these weapons
RETURNS:
Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt. They must be received in exactly the same condition with no parts exchanged.  If it has been altered, damaged, or fired, a refund will not be made.  Packing, shipping and insurance cost will not be refunded.  All layaway purchases are returnable for merchandise credit only.
 PAYMENT: 
Bank check, Personal check, and Money Orders are preferred. Visa and MasterCard are accepted with a 3% processing fee. For Visa and MasterCard orders please provide the account number, code number, expiration date, name on card, phone number and card billing address. This information can be phoned in, or E-Mailed. 
SALES TAX: 
Pennsylvania state sales tax is 6% for in state purchases. The payment of other states sales tax, if applicable, for shipped items is the buyers responsibility.
