**SOLD** Steyr Model M Luxus Carbine "1000 Year City of Steyr" Commemorative, Cal. 30/06, 1980-1983

Description:
The Steyr Model M Luxus Carbine "1000 Year City of Steyr" Commemorative was made from 1980 to 1983.  The Carbines were fitted with a 20 inch barrel, deluxe walnut Mannlicher stock, gold single set trigger, open sights, 3-round steel magazine, gold inlay on the receiver (2 shields and "1000 Years City of Steyr") and bottom of trigger guard ("980 Steyr 1980), were blue finished, and chambered in 30/06 only.  This Model M Commemorative is as described and it is in near new/unfired condition.  The attractive stock is in like new condition, except for a few very minor handling marks.  The bore looks as new and the action functions the same.  There are a few handling marks on the bottom of the magazine and the left magazine release button.  The recoil pad has a crack in it at the bottom at the toe.  Sorry, no box or paper-work.  A very nice looking Steyr Carbine.
