Receiver is marked 1894,Stock is good with a faint 1895 cartouche visible. Rear sight has been upgraded to the 1896 style. Ram-rod channel has not been filled in. Front barrel band screw is missing. Bore is bright and shiny with strong rifling noted. Affordable early Krag rifle!
