Remington M1903 A4 Sniper Rifle, Early Scant Stock, Correct, SN:3408820

Description:
    This Remington M1903 A4 Sniper Rifle was among the first made from the first contract.  This early rifle is provided with the Remington “Scant” stock.  These stocks were a compromise from the full “C” style stocks specified. The compromise was necessary as the Walnut Stock blanks received were too narrow to make the full pistol grip of the “C” stock.
The scant grip stock is excellent condition and has not been sanded to eliminate “Them ugly marks and numbers”.  The stock has all of the expected military and factory marks, along with a post war “RA” re-build stamp It has been preserved with only a few service use dings.
The receiver is marked with “M1903 A3” in the offset position used only for M1903 A4’s The 2 groove barrel is marked “RA 1-43” meaning “Remington Arms Jan 1943”, and is a date appropriate for the serial number. 
The correct Redfield mount is installed with a Weaver 330 Scope. The Scope has clear optics and a Post and Cross Hair. This commercial marked scope is proper for an early rifle such as this.
This is a proper and correct M1903 A4 in excellent condition.  The bore is sharp and bright, the metal finish is excellent with only a few modest handling marks.  
Overall, this is an outstanding condition rifle for the most demanding collections. Caliber .30-06, Serial Number 3408820. FFL or C&R  Required.

SHIPPING: 
Shipments are made via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, Insured, with Signature required. Packing, Shipping and Insurance cost for this rifle is $80.00.

FIREARMS:
          Modern firearms, post 1898, can only be shipped to a Type 01 Federal Firearms License address.  Curio-Relic firearms, as defined by the BATF list, can usually be shipped to a Type 03 Collectors License address. Some states have additional restrictions such as CA, CT, DC, IL, NJ and NY.
A signed valid FFL license copy either mailed or emailed will be required for shipment to only the license address.

Your complete satisfaction is assured, see objective above.  If you are not satisfied, please contact me within 3 days of receipt.  Please don’t fire the weapon, safety, function and accuracy are NOT Guaranteed.  Any weapon offered by Beaver Creek Arms is never test fired nor is there any representation the gun is functional and safe to fire.  These guns are sold for collectors and only represented as used firearms that must be checked by a competent person, observe all the necessary safety precautions prior to attempting to load and fire one of these weapons
RETURNS:
Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt. They must be received in exactly the same condition with no parts exchanged.  If it has been altered, damaged, or fired, a refund will not be made.  Packing, shipping and insurance cost will not be refunded.  All layaway purchases are returnable for merchandise credit only.
 PAYMENT: 
Bank check, Personal check, and Money Orders are preferred. Visa and MasterCard are accepted with a 3% processing fee. For Visa and MasterCard orders please provide the account number, code number, expiration date, name on card, phone number and card billing address. This information can be phoned in, or E-Mailed.  All orders must be paid in advance, C.O.D. orders are not accepted. Checks, both Bank and Personal must clear before the order will be shipped, usually a 2 week delay. 
 LAYAWAYS: 
A 20% deposit is required.  Balance is due in 60 days. Deposits are non-refundable and are forfeited after 60 days.  Layaway sales are returnable for merchandise credit only.
SALES TAX: 
Pennsylvania state sales tax is 6% for in state purchases. The payment of other states sales tax, if applicable, for shipped items is the buyers responsibility.
