Not only is this gun in excellent orig condiiton with no non factory holes no refinish, no touch up no meaningful marks or cosmetic flaws; blue is excllent all over as is the stock finish. It comes with an excellent by size (half tube) and magnification (3x) period correct Weaver Scope with the really clever swing away type scope mount such that if the scope were at a critical moment to become fogged or get snow in it, is simply swings off to the left such that the shooter has access to the open sights.
Chambered in desirable and much sought after 308 Winchester. While this is a relatively later production 99 it still incorporates the brass cocking indicator on upper tang. Please note the safety is a little counter intuitive and the fire position is back towards the rear of the gun and safe is forward .....
Decent case color remains on the lever.

Not only is this gun in excellent orig condiiton with no non factory holes no refinish, no touch up no meaningful marks or cosmetic flaws; blue is excllent all over as is the stock finish. It comes with an excellent by size (half tube) and magnification (3x) period correct Weaver Scope with the really clever swing away type scope mount such that if the scope were at a critical moment to become fogged or get snow in it, is simply swings off to the left such that the shooter has access to the open sights.
Chambered in desirable and much sought after 308 Winchester. While this is a relatively later production 99 it still incorporates the brass cocking indicator on upper tang. Please note the safety is a little counter intuitive and the fire position is back towards the rear of the gun and safe is forward .....
Decent case color remains on the lever.
