1. Must ship to a current FFL. You need to contact your FFL dealer and confirm shipment. If you select an FFL during checkout, we will ship ONLY to that FFL. Make sure your default FFL is current BEFORE you place a bid. Any gun returned because it is not legal in the buyer's state will have a 20% restocking fee. Item will be shipped within 5 business days of payment and I will not hold firearms for more than 5-8 days. All items will be packed carefully.
1A. FedEx requires signatures for delivery.
2. Shipping and private insurance is the amount listed to 48 states. Long guns through FedEx only. We try to ship in 3-5 business days. In the event an item is damaged in shipping the buyer will provide pictures of the damaged item and packing materials. The damaged item needs to be returned to my local FFL and must be properly packed and insured. We are not responsible for damage in the return shipping. I will pay the buyer and file a claim. The refund will be for the item alone. We accept UPS delivery or FedEx for return shipping.
3. Money orders or cashier’s checks only. NO CASH, PERSONAL, BUSINESS CHECKS or CREDIT CARDS. If you send a personal or business check it will be returned and the item relisted. Payment must be from the account holder, no 3rd party payments. Payment due within 5 days or item will be re-listed, no exceptions. If payment is made late, without my permission, it will be returned.
If credit cards are accepted it will be through the Guns International Checkout system only, this payment is expected within 48 hours. 4% added for credit cards (which is nonrefundable). We do not take credit card payments over the phone.
You may use delivery confirmation when mailing payment. A complete invoice will be included with every sale, no exceptions. We do not have lay-a-way. We send an invoice when item is purchased.
4, NO PARTIAL REFUNDS. I will allow a 3 day, no shoot inspection period. If the item is grossly misrepresented, I will allow you to return it. It must be insured, signature required, properly packaged and in the same condition as it was when it was shipped. The buyer will provide proof of an issue, this will include pictures and get permission before any return is accepted. The gun may not be disassembled, no screws or pins removed, if it is taken apart, return option is void. It must be shipped from an FFL, so that insurance will be valid. If the original box is damaged, you will need a new box. You will get your money back and not the shipping costs. I WILL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY UNLESS THE ITEM IS RETURNED. This offer is void if the states AS IS or NO RETURNS. Gun must be back here in less than 15 days from s end. If it is damaged while being shipped back, the customer will file the insurance claim, no refund will be paid.
5. Ask all questions before purchase. All communications will be via e-mail through the site. This will provide protection for the buyer as well as the seller. Your e-mail address must be up to date.
6. As of the spring of 2021 36 states will pay sales tax, Guns International will supply the amount, this applies to any and all sales in these states.
7. Any and all accessories included with the item will be in the photographs, if it is not mentioned in the description or seen in the pictures, it is not included.
8. I reserve the right to end this listing at any time as this item is for sale locally.
9. Tracking number will be provided. Shipping notification will be via an e-mail with tracking information, directly from UPS or FedEx. Sometimes these notifications end up in a spam file so be aware.
