The rifle utilizes the classic "gill gun" or "click clack" mechanism, which some older shooters may remember as a very unique and fun mechanism to shoot. The rifle is in excellent condition overall and appears to have been very well cared for over the years. The bore is in excellent shape, and the action in smooth.
