Description: FINE CONDITION REMINGTON MODEL 25 PUMP RIFLE IN .25-20 CALIBER. This example with serial number 28XXX. These fine rifles were made from 1923-1935 in both .25-20 and .32-20. This .25-20 example shows about all the deep blue on the barrel with only light dulling from age. The magazine tube is similar with just a little brown mixing on the bottom. The receiver shows about all the blue- even on the bottom of the trigger guard etc. Excellent markings, excellent stock and forearm. Crescent butt plate has the correct Remington markings. Buckhorn rear sight with elevator bar intact and small bladek/bead front sight. Tight action, bright exc. bore. This one has seen very little use. A really sharp example of a fairly difficult rifle to locate.
