A somewhat rare firearm. Bolt Action in .308 caliber. One tiny handling mark in the stock from New In Box condition (see photo). Sold to me some years back as unfired, I have no reason to doubt it. I’ve never fired it, it’s been one of my safe queens. I do not have the box for it. No flaws on the metal. My tastes have changed over the years, so I have decided to part with it. From the research I’ve done, these first hit the market at some point around 2008. They had a short run because the introductory price of their base model was $2500, and that was a bit too steep for the common man. The goodies to justify the price were a turn-bolt action with forward locking lugs powered by a butterknife style bolt handle. They use a unique bolt design where the body of the bolt acts as a shroud that encases the entire receiver. The shroud sports some nicely detailed engraving. The trigger in the standard position has a pull of 3 lbs., the trigger can be pushed forward to a new position with a much lighter pull if preferred. Comes with a one-piece quick detachable scope mount. The clamping movement of it is engaged by rotating two levers forward that have an integral pop-out bar in them that indicates when the mount is tight. Also comes with a new Nikon Monarch 2.5x – 10x at 40mm with locking caps. I can provide 37 photos to any SERIOUS buyer. Every millimeter of the firearm will be shown so that you will know exactly what you are buying. There is a gunstrap in most the pictures. I’ve since removed it as it had some rubberized coating on it that started flaking off due to age and it was becoming a nuisance. Cash only for Local sale. For local sale I will only sell to anyone who is verified to purchase a firearm so I would need to see either a FFL, or Firearm Purchase Certificate, and ID, just like it's done at most s/shows. Concealed Carry Permit works as well. I will ship to an FFL.
