PRICE IMPROVEMENT & SCOPE OPTIONAL: A bolt-action Ruger rifle, caliber .375 H&H Magnum. Rifle has a total length of approx. 44.1 in; barrel length approx. 23 in; muzzle diameter approx. 0.827; weight of the entire rifle approx is. 11 lbs, handy, well balanced with the appropriate weight for the strong caliber; magazine with hinged lid. The barrel is sparkling clean inside without any roughness visible to the eye - from the cartridge chamber to the undamaged muzzle. Built in 1992. Stock (without cheek piece) made of American walnut Ruger style - typically simple grained lengthways; length from the direct trigger to the middle of the butt cap approx. 13.6 in; straight comb, pistol grip; the Ruger stock finish was changed by a German master stock maker to a non-polished or sealed oil finish. Scratch-free apart from 2 tiny ones in the butt; fine, non-slip checkering which does not "bite"; black soft rubber butt cap and black cap as the fore-end cap. System: Ruger Magnum with long extractor á la 98 with 3-position safety on the side at the back right of the bolt; this enables loading and unloading when the rifle is in the safe position; quiet operation and clearly visible and palpable locking. Dry direct trigger. Black, high-gloss blued system and barrel with open "tropical sights", front sight base and studs for the sling swivel each pulled over the barrel with a steel ring: this is durable and does not require gluing etc. The entire package was just professionally valued at $4000+. If you do not want the optic, I will knock off $200. Rifle will be shipped in a hard plastic case. Shipping, handling and insurance will be $110 from my FFL to yours.
