Cogswell & Harrison Safari model in 375 H&H
Case colored bottom metal, grip cap, cross bolts and bolt shroud,
Most of these rifles were made in the fifties and early sixties with aluminum bottom metal and spartan stock intended as working rifles, this one has a case colored bottom metal (not aluminum ) a fancy stock and all the amenities . Very few ended up in the US, this one has no US importation stamping and the barrel is marked South Africa. 99% condition metal and wood with Swarovski Habicht 3x9x36A scope. 26" barrel with safari style open sights with one standing and two folding. The stock is a nice piece of straight grade English walnut with shadow line cheeks rest, LOP is 14-5/8" to the back of the original Silvers pad.
Cased in what appears to be a newer C&H labeled leather case.
