Remington Model 7 Custom

Description:
REMINGTON Model 7 custom, caliber 6.5X47 mm Lapua. 26 inch Lilja 3 groove stainless steel barrel, custom Bell & Carlson fiberglass stock with Bishop cheek piece, high comb riser and palm swell. Currently the rifle has Warne extended bases with two piece Warne rings.  Shepherd 6x18- 40 scope.  Prior to final assembly the entire rifle was coated with Moly-coat finish. (See John Norrel coatings for a explantion of what this coating is). This rifle was completed to my specifications by a renowned gunsmith in Trinidad, Colorado whose quality of work surpasses his reputation. 

The rifle exhibits outstanding accuracy (see photo of five shot group from sand bag rest 100 yds.) and is a pure pleasure to shoot. I’m selling this rifle as I am reducing my collection of guns that benefit from astute hand loading practices, and I would much rather it go to someone who appreciates the benefits thereof rather than it sit in a safe. 

Included with the sale is: 

• one set of Forster Bench Rest reloading dies, 
• approximately fifty Sierra 140 grain SBT bullets, and ninety 120 grain spitzer flat base bullets. 
• Approximately 89 Berger 140 grain VLD hunting bullets
• Seventy rounds of unopened Lapua factory ammuntion, and thirty eight empty cases having been reloaded four cycles.
