Remington Model 541X - Military Bolt Action .22 Training Rifle - Smooth walnut hardwood stock and forend with sling swivels and adjustable hand stop and metal butt plate.  27 In. long heavy target barrel with Williams adjustable receiver peep sight and a Redfield # 68 globe target sight. Standard 5 round clip magazine. Bore is clean and bright. Barrel and receiver are retaining 100 % bluing. Stock and forend are in exceptional like new condition with no handling marks. Includes new soft sleeve. Rifles appears to be unfired. Manufactured by Remington for the military as a training rifle from 1984 to 1986 with only approx. 9077 being made. This one was manufactured in 1985. These are extremely accurate rifles that have been used for competitive bench shooting. Scare, exceptionally nice in like new condition. Great addition to any collection.
