Serial No. 101314, made in 1899, .30-40krag, 29.5"" .30 U.S.A marked round barrel. This gun falls into the batch that went to the Michigan National Guard. Rack number ""201"" is stamped left upper butt-stock. Overall very good plus condiiton with light handling and usage marks visible. Old repair is noted left side of the receiver. This was a common weak point in the wood. Bore is excellent, action functions correctly. 5 round detachable box magazine is unnumbered. One of the rare examples of a Remington Lee.
