Scarce 1994 Norinco SKS NR 7.65x39 takes AK mags Thumbhole Stock

Up for sale is this 1994 Norinco SKS model NR with the thumb hole stock and takes AK magazines.  The mag fitted is new and fits perfectly.  These take Chinese mags the best but the one in it is a KCI USA made in Korea.  These rifles don't typically like non steel mags.  The model NR was imported in 1993 and 1994 by CSI and they only imported a total of 13,840 of them.  When you look at the total number of SKS imported, that is a very small fraction.  Less imported than the model M or Sporter.  

The rifle functions properly.  These are not designed to hold open after the last round.  The sling is correct and surplus.  I stripped and cleaned the rifle.  Bore is bright, sharp and clean.  Piston and all parts that should be marked with a serial match.  The rifle has one small crack on the upper edge by the take down lever.  This does not pose any issues to the stock or function.
