Finnish M39 rifle built at the Sako arsenal on a Russian 1897 Tula Arsenal receiver, serial No. 216648, chambered in 7.62x54R. SA (Suomen Armejia = Finnish Army) receiver is dated 1944, 10% original blue remains on exterior, bright shiny bore with some wear but very strong rifling, matching bolt and floorplate. Potentially the best part is the stock. It exhibits vivid flame or tiger striping color in the grain. This birch wood set is in excellent condition, very eye-catching. A unit disc is embedded in the right side of the butt stock. Arsenal tag and Finnish sling accompany the rifle. Import etching is 1/16" high and situated inconspicuously on the underside of the barrel above the cleaning rod. Yes, we can and do ship into California. Shipping will be $25.00 USPS Priority Mail if east of the Mississippi River, West will be $29.00, West Coast states $37.00. Alaska and Hawaii will need a quote.
