US Springfield 1903 MK1 Custom 244 Rem

Description:
A unbelievable custom,  US Springfield,  1903, Mark1 , long range rifle. The rifle has been profesionally/finely machined. The action features a long bar scope mount, custom bolt, safety and Canjar trigger. The barrel is a heavy "Bull" target barrel,  28" long chambered in244 Rem . The bore is excellent.  The rate of twist is 1/14. The inside of the receiver and chamber are very clean...not showing much, if any use. The barrel is marked 244Rem and scope blocked for a long target scope and barrel nicely crowned. The hand made custom stock is amazing. Made from Walnut and profesionally sculpted, checkered and finished. I could not find any maker markings on this work of art/Picasso. 
Receiver/scope mount specs 4" - 4 7/8 center to center. 
Priced to sell fast...you couldn't  make this gun today for anywhere nere the sale price.
