Swiss ~ K31 ~ 7.5x55
Description: The K31 is a magazine-fed, straight-pull bolt-action rifle. It was the standard-issue rifle of the Swiss armed forces from 1933 until 1958. The poor condition of many stocks was caused mostly by the wearing of crampons worn over hobnail boots and rifle drills that were common. The military habit of stacking rifles in threes – often in the snow – also contributes to the poor appearance of the end of the butt. Postwar beech stocks were more affected than walnut ones. This rifle was made in 1947. 7.5x55mm Swiss Price: $699.99 Chambers: 7.5x55 Swiss GP 11 in a six round detachable magazine straight pull bolt action rifle Metal Condition: Good Wood Condition: "Good, shows typical military use near the butt plate Bore Condition: Very good Barrels: 25.67" four groove Triggers: Two stage military Stock Dimensions: 12.5" LOP Fore End: "Beech wood full length with barrel band sling swivel, bayonet lug and stacking rod Butt Pad: Metal Weight: 9 LBS Sights: "Protected blade front, tangent leaf rear Item Location: Grand Junction, CO Contact Seller |
