The bore shines and the rifling is excellent - there is no erosion or pitting. There are no stake marks on the receiver to indicate the rear sight was ever replaced. The stock and handguard are in excellent condition and correct. The various parts marked as;

Barrel - Underwood /44 w/ bomb underneath Hammer Q.U.
Type one barrel band UI Recoil plate AU
Two rivet handguard MU Sling recess of stock LWU
