Mauser MP43 Parts Kit With Two Orig Mags, Manual, Capture Paper

Up for sale is an absolutely excellent original condition Mauser MP43 parts kit, which has been cut via ATF standards.
I purchased this kit long ago from the family who purchased the rifle directly from the veteran that brought it back from Germany after the war.
This rifle was brought back an as original working machinegun, and was subsequently cut when the family learned it was an illegal weapon to have in the United States without the proper paperwork.
Unfortunately, the cut receiver parts were unable to be salvaged and were discarded long ago, but the rear receiver piece was correctly marked MP43.
I obtained this rifle with the full intention of turning it back into a semi auto rifle, but am at the point I am going to start selling off some of my collection.
All numbers are matching on this rifle; bolt, op rod, trigger pack lower, and upper, with the exception of the stock ferrule. The forearm is a replacement, but matches the original bluing perfectly.
The bluing overall is remarkable, with the exception of a bit of freckling, and thinning on one side of the receiver. (See all photos)
The wood stock is an absolutely beautiful piece of wood with excellent grain with no splits or cracks, and the stock ferrule itself retains approx 98% of its original bluing.
The stock is waffen proofed in the sling well as shown.
The trunnion is in excellent condition, and has not been cut or marred.
The bore is in excellent condition overall with one small spot of pitting I would rate at 7.5+/10
The bottom of the receiver is marked BYF for Mauser manufacture with various subcontractor codes, and there are various subcontract codes all over the rifle. All correct.
Included with this kit are two original FXO marked MP44 mags in excellent condition with approximately 95% original bluing remaining with some light freckling on the surface.
Also included is the original german MP44 manual that has been tucked inside the stock for the last 80 years, so has retained a rolled up figure as shown. The paper is slightly tattered, but is authentic and in overall good condition.
A copy of the capture paper from the vet is also included. The original bill of sale from the early 1980's from the veteran to the family I purchased this rifle from has been written on the back and signed by the veteran as well. I have not included a photo of the back for privacy reasons. Please understand this is a copy, not the original document.
Overall, this is truly an excellent condition battlefield bringback MP43, and would make an excellent conversion back into a working legal semiautomatic rifle, or a dummy rifle if someone so chooses.
