This is an original Mauser 71/84 rifle in excellent condition, was arsenal reconditioned by Navy Arms and used on film in the Tom Cruise Movie “The Last Samurai”. Complete with leather sling, converted to single shot only for the film, but still in working condition, has light nicks and scratches from use in the battle scenes. Comes with an original certificate of authenticity (with the serial number of the gun) signed by the film’s armorer, Mr. Robert “Rock” Galotti, and the President of Navy Arms, Val Forgett.

Own a great collectable as both an original example of the Mauser brother’s first repeating bolt action rifle, and one also used in a Tom Cruise movie.

This gun was manufactured prior to 1898 and is considered an antique by the Federal Government and does not need to be shipped to an FFL. Please check your state and local regulations to ensure it can be shipped to you.
