Egyptian Military manufactured about 7,300 Rasheed Carbines from 1966 - 1968. The Rasheed Carbines were issued to the Egyptian Army , and were in service in the Six Day War and Yom Kippur War with Israel. 3,731 Rasheed Carbines were reported lost in these wars.
