WW2 1941 Canadian Army Inglis Bren Mk.1(m) .303 Caliber Light Machine Gun Complete Parts Kit * SCARCE Mk.1 BREN *

Description:
This is a very handsome and complete Canadian Military-issue 1941 Inglis-made Bren Mark 1(m) .303 caliber LMG (Light Machine Gun) parts kit with an intact original WW2-production barrel.  This parts kit was torch-cut in the correct legal way, but was carefully done-so in the best way possible to limit collateral damage to any small parts and make it as easier to rebuild into a semi-automatic ONLY weapon.   
     This parts kit was made from the most desirable of the Bren LMG variants, the Mark 1(m) model, which featured the very-cool wheel-adjustable rear sight and which had much better fit and finish than the later-production versions and none of the cost and material saving modifications implemented.  This particular Mark 1(m) was made by the John Inglis Company in Toronto, Canada for the Canadian Military.  Inglis started production of the gun with the Mark 1 model in 1940 and produced just over 187,000 of them in total before the war ended in 1945.  With that said, only a relatively small number of these Brens were built as Mk.1's, Mk.1(m)'s, and Mk.1(ms)'s, as the Bren Mark 2 model had already been accepted by all of the branches of the Canadian Military and was in full-production at Inglis by the start of 1942.
