This Smith Corona U.S. Model 03-A3 is a right-hand bolt-action U.S. Military rifle in .30-06 Springfield. In late 1942, Smith-Corona Typewriter Company began production of the M1903A3 at its plant in Syracuse, New York. It has a 24-inch barrel. A blade front sight and an adjustable rear peep sight. The butt stock has a storage compartment. The forearm is a smooth grip two-piece hardwood with finger grooves. The bore condition is bright and shows little or no wear. The barrel is stamped "SC/11 43". Includes leather sling. The rifle is very good as refinished, with mild handling marks. It is mechanically excellent. .30-06 Springfield
