A VERY UNIQUE RIMFIRE SPORTER FROM THE PRE-WAR MAUSER COMPANY,BUILT IN 1929,COMES WITH EUROPEAN SLING AND ONE 5 ROUND MAG.
VERY GOOD OVERALL CONDITION,WITH SOME "STORAGE" ISSUES,AS SHOWN IN PICTURES.
The Model 420 is identified by the straight bolt handle and the side mounted safety on the receiver. The reciver is stamped MAUSER-WERKE A G OBERNDORF and with the serial number 103261.

THIS RIFLE HAS AN EARLY STRAIGHT-PULL BOLT ACTION, SIDE-SAFETY AND IRON SIGHTS OUT TO 200 METERS.
