SOLD German Mauser Model G.24(t), made in occupied Czechslovakia, 7.92mm, bolt action, 23.23" barrel, adjustable rear sight, two sling swivels, top of receiver marked "dou, 42", four Nazi marks, SN 8458 , bolt body 1326, f.p. 80, safety 9408, nose cap 0932, middle band3583, floor plate 33. The trigger guard is not number and hand chisel engraved. Metal parts, exceptfor the t.g. are like the wartime military finish (parkerized?). Teh stocks are good with age and darkness, and numbered 6099. The bore has strong rifling, and corrosion down in the grooves from wartime corrosive primers. Action is smooth and would make a good shooter. When buying a gun always have it examined by a competent gunsmith before shooting.
