Marlin Model 917V, .17 HMR, Bolt-Action Rifle
Description: This Marlin Model 917V, .17 HMR, bolt-action rifle has the following: - Walnut-finished hardwood Monte Carlo stock - 22-inch heave barrel with 4 grooves and a 1:9" twist ratio - Marlin's T-900 Fire Control trigger system - One 4-round magazine and 7 round magazine - Fore and aft sling-swivel studs - Grooved receiver, drilled and tapped for scope base - Factory-mounted and boresighted 3-9x32mm scope - Thumb safety - 41" overall length - Weighs 6 pounds There are no box, papers, or other accessories with this rifle. Overall, the rifle itself is in new condition, about 99+ percent. The barrel and receiver are like new with no scratches, mars, blemishes, or other signs of wear – 100 percent. The wood stock is in very excellent condition with no scratches, mars, blemishes, or other signs of wear – 100 percent. The forend is near perfect showing no wear. However, there is a couple small scratches on the right side of the forend about two inches back from the end of the forend (see last photo). There is also a couple smaller mars on the left side of the forend about ¾ inch from the end of the forend. Obviously, though the stock/forend is all one piece, I am counting them as separate pieces for description purposes. The butt plate is in perfect condition. Contact me for additional photos of any area you would like to see or see better. The buyer pays $40 for USPS Priority mail and $9.15 for insurance. Virginia buyers must pay 5.3% sales tax. The fastest way to get this gun is to pay with USPS (U.S. Postal Service) money orders, as they are like cash. I will ship the revolver immediately upon receipt of a USPS money order and an FFL. I will also accept a personal check or other type money, as well as bank checks and cashier's checks, but I will hold the gun until it clears my bank; this includes bank checks and cashier’s checks. I do not accept credit cards, debit cards, or PayPal. Check or money order must be made out to Jerry Pownall or Barboursville Arms. If you wish to contact me, please "Email Seller". I will answer your questions, explain the purchase / transfer process, and provide my mailing address. I am available any time, except Friday evenings and Saturdays. I will return emails Saturday evening. SOLD |
