Marlin model 39 .22

PRICE DROP  !!  .  Was 2575.00 now 2295.00. Here's the original Marlin rifle!  Made from 1921 til 1938. ( Name was then changed to model 39-A).
This is known as the most accurate  .22 rifle ever!  This one is from about 1925. It has the very rare PEEP SIGHT.
I've shot and hunted with a model 39 for most of my 84 years. I can say the same about many rifles , but nothing 
has ever compared to the 39.  This little guy is as clean inside as outside. No rust, corrosion, dirt or visible sign of wear was found when 
we took it apart. The wood and blueing are great. The case color is somewhat faded but is still good looking. It's all original, has factory peep sight and rear sight filler.  Has the brass front sight. Operates as new. We loaded five rounds and fired them in about a second. Very accurate, bore is perfect.I think this little guy has seen very little use, maybe not hunted at all.
