VERY RARE HENRY RIFLE WITH INCREDIBLY SCARCE ROUND TOP CONFIGURATION

Description:
The gun is in the 12400 serial range where you would encounter these. I have had 2 of them in the last 50 years and have only seen a couple more. This may even be one I previously owned. Gun has original folding leaf rear sight. Front sight has a replacement blade. Barrel has good markings and sharp corners. Bore is dark and needs a good cleaning. I can see some sharp rifling. Wood is a little shy at the toe. The stock has numerous dings and mars but fits fairly well. Receiver has turned a dark yellow color with some rounding to the corners. All matching numbers. A very scarce gun!
