Used firearms carry a 30 days inspection period; to fire, feed, eject, and otherwise function as the manufacturer intended. In the event of a defect, we will either, AT OUR OPTION, repair the firearm at no charge or issue a refund for the purchase less 20% restock fee. This warranty explicitly does not cover returns for any other reason(s), and does not apply to firearms that are sold as non-firing, or for parts or repair (Inquire with manufacturers to verify any warranties they may offer on NEW items). Returns are only accepted on a case by case basis depending on the circumstances, and items will be inspected and tested per customer complaint prior to issuing a refund. Ammunition should be used only in well maintained firearms that are in good condition, and are designed for modern ammunition. At the time of the 1989 Assault Weapon Import Ban, around 150 or so HK91s had already been delivered to the U.S. but had not yet cleared customs. HK complied with the ban by renaming those HK91 rifles as HK911. They stamped another 1 after the model number.
