The rifle is a semi-automatic sporting variant of the Israeli Galil family of AK-47-derived weaponry. Hooded front post and 2-leaf peep rear sight with flip-up pair of night sights. Ported flash hider and a milled receiver with thumb safety. 17in barrel measured from front of flash suppressor to rear. Folding bi-pod, rotating carrier handle, and side-folding stock with wood forend and smooth plastic grip. Military marked steel magazine.
