SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfiled rifle
Made in Long Branch Canada (desirable)
Matching bolt with "2: at extractor, and "CN" on front of knob and serial number on back
Rear cocking knob has "2" on left and "B" and "II" on right side
Correct rear flip up graduated peep sight that is graduated out from 200-1300 yards with "P" in circle and "F B 6" stamps
Great overall condition wood stock has not splits or checks with proof marks "broad arrow" acceptance stamp, "B/33", "99" in oval inspector stamp at wrist, "5", "N" at barrel band, "B", British Broad arrow, and "B/34" at forend near bayonet lug
Front barrel band metal has "C-C-M" and "3"
Receiver stamped No. 4 Mark I *, Long Branch, 1943
Receiver left side of bridge has BnP and British crown stamps
Trigger guard stock band has serial number and "G31"
Trigger guard bottom metal has "C B" stamp
Metal parts has majority
Has both sling swivels
Cleaning butt trap door (no accessories)
Bore is good
Magazine follower has "U.C.F." stamp
Magazine has been painted and cannot see serial number
Includes pig sticker bayonet marked "No. 4 MK 2" and "5" and sheath
No visible import marks
