ENFIELD PERCUSSION CARBINE

Description:
20 inch barrel. Lock plate has the typical crown behind the hammer and a Lion in front of the hammer. Appears to have original sights. I think the forearm has been shortened. Wood has been cleaned and shows several mars and dings. Original sling ring on the left hand side of the frame. Trigger guard and butt plate are brass. I believe the original cleaning rod. These guns were known to be used by the Confederates. It is about a 60 caliber.
