DS Arms 7.62 X 51mm Israeli Hebrew War Hammer FAL and Original Bayonet
Description: This factory new rifle was built by DS Arms using a mix of original Israeli parts and US-made parts as outlined in the factory supplied specifications listed below. It is, therefore, a faithful clone of the very early Israeli Light Barrel Hebrew War Hammer FAL as it was manufactured by Israel under license by Fabrique Nationale in the 1950s. It includes an original FN M1954 bayonet, manufactured by Fabrique Nationale and exported to Israel. Not many bayonets for the early rifle exist in the condition this one is in. Please review the photos, they are an integral part of the description. This, below, from DS Arms, courtesy of that distinguished company: This rifle is assembled using the last of the Israeli Light Barrel parts kits that we have. Using these parts kits along with top quality DSA parts we have recreated one of the rarest styles of FAL rifles ever produced, the Israeli light barrel pattern FAL. The rifle also features an upper receiver & top cover finished in Matte Black DuraCoat finish. This finish not only provides an extra layer of protection but gives the rifle the "original" painted look these guns had when first issued! The wood is new Turkish Walnut that we had made just for this project. DS Arms parts as well as premium Israeli parts built into a factory produced rifle that's the best of both worlds! These are much rarer than the heavy barrel models occasionally seen on the market which bring premiums. We have recreated this proven piece of functional history right down to the proper barrel with the bayonet lug on the bottom. These rifles have been completely refinished in Mil-Spec. phosphate with a Matte Black DuraCoat premium baked on finish applied afterwards. The forged 4140 upper receiver is engraved with the proper markings just as they were originally made. Specifications:
