This sale offers an exquisitely engraved Drilling Guild Gun showing stags, roe deer, several birds and oak leaves. There are no maker markings and was most probably done in Germany just after WWII. The gun is equipped with cocking indicators, horn trigger guard and sling swivels. At some point the trigger guard was broken and repaired as can be seen in the pictures. The stock and forend are in excellent condition. The barrels are chambered for 2 ¾” 16 gauge shells and 8x57JR. Their length is 26 ¾” and are choked Full and Full. Over all the gun is in excellent condition and would be an asset to the collector or shooter as well.
