Description:
"Serial number 126513. Made circa 1890s. 9.3 x74 & 12 gauge with 24" rifle barrel and 23" shotgun barrel. This gun is in excellent condition as it appears almost unfired. The barrels have almost all of their original blue rating at 99%. The action has most of the original case colors although there is some slight fading. The wood is excellent. Both the action and floor plate and nicely engraved. The top of the chamber is exquisitely stippled. The safety, bolt handle and hammer for the shotgun are all finely checkered. The rifle action is controlled by the mauser action while the shotgun barrel has a separate hammer to the left of the action. The shot gun barrel swivels to the right when the crocodile on the bottom is moved. Very neat early German Cape gun!
