Bad Boy VI: Recontoured P14 Enfield Long Magnum Barrel/Action Kit

Receivers recontoured to Rem 700 contour, swimming pool welded up, drilled and tapped, bolt opening enlarged/bolt stop modified for long ctgs, dogleg bolt handles replaced w. straight, heat treated and magnafluxed. Custom stainless oversize magazine box installed (long enough and wide enough for all H&H type ctgs) and rails opened for long magnum ctg. New Dayton adjustable trigger and Forster action screws included.Supplied with the correct oversize (1.35" at breech) McGowen threaded long-shanked CM barrel, unchambered, in groove dia 308, 338, 375, 411, 416, 423, 458, 475, or 510. You chamber/headspace and crown, and blue. Note P14 bolt face requires no alterations for magnum cartridges.  Minor feed tweaking may be necessary depending on caliber.   Optional extras: Bottom metal straightened plus $50. Cock-on-open conversion done plus $75.  NECG 3 leaf express sight in an island base $125; NECG Masterpiece banded front ramps $84.50. Front sight inserts from $35. Scope bases with  XS ghost ring backup sights $99; scope bases without backup sight $25-50; quarter rib requires final fitting and soldering no sight $125; semi-inletted wood stocks with forends sized for these beefy barrels, not readily available elsewhere, fancy walnut  $400.  In other words, pretty much everything you need to build a custom DGR in pretty much any caliber from 30 up.
