Colt, Pre-Ban, AR15-A2, HBAR MATCH SPORTER, “WASH STATE PATROL”, As New Condition

Description:
             Colts’ version of the AR, Armalite Rifle, NOT Assault Rifle, sets the standard for quality in a wide field of sporting rifles like this. This one is unique as it has “WASH STATE PATROL” engraved on the right side of the lower receiver. It was purchased new from a dealer in Harrisburg PA with the engraving present but with no explanation. In my opinion it must be a cancelled or overrun order from either the distributor or Colt. Perhaps research will uncover the story.  
          The barrel is marked “5.56 NATO 1/7 HBAR”. The original buyer added a generic 4x32 scope and test fired it with 20 rounds, cleaned it and stored it for years. It remains in as new condition. Fortunately, the original box, scope, sling and one Mag were carefully stored as well.                                         This is an opportunity to obtain a unique Pre-Ban AR15-A2 in excellent condition. A great addition to a Law Enforcement collection. Rifles like this are exceedingly rare and very collectable.

ALL Federal, State, & Local firearms laws will be followed.  I will take NO shortcuts in the process of a legal sale or transfer, so please don’t ask.
SHIPPING: 
Shipments are made via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, Insured, with Signature required. Shipping and Insurance cost for this Long Gun is $80.00.

FIREARMS:
          Modern firearms, post 1898, can only be shipped to a Type 01 Federal Firearms License address.  Curio-Relic firearms, as defined by the BATF list, can usually be shipped to a Type 03 Collectors License address.
A signed valid FFL license copy will be required for shipment to the license address.

Your complete satisfaction is assured, see objective above.  If you are not satisfied, please contact me within 3 days of receipt.  Please don’t fire the weapon, safety, function and accuracy are NOT Guaranteed.  Any weapon offered by Beaver Creek Arms is never test fired nor is there any representation that the gun is functional and safe to fire.  These guns are sold as collectors and only represented as used firearms that must be checked by a competent person, observe all the necessary safety precautions prior to attempting to load and fire one of these weapons.
RETURNS:
Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt. They must be received in exactly the same condition with no parts exchanged.  If it has been altered, damaged, or fired, a refund will not be made.  Packing, shipping and insurance cost will not be refunded
 PAYMENT: 
Bank check, Personal check, and Money Orders are preferred. Visa and MasterCard are accepted with a 4% processing fee
 LAYAWAYS: 
A 20% deposit is required.  Balance is due in 30 days. Deposits are non-refundable and are forfeited after 40 days.  Layaway sales are returnable for merchandise credit only.
SALES TAX: 
Pennsylvania state sales tax is 6% for in state purchases. The payment of other states sales tax, if applicable, for shipped items is the buyers responsibility.
