COLT Lightning Magazine Rifle, Small Frame .22 Cal, ANTIQUE, c.1895, ORIGINAL  SN: 20760 

Description:
SOLD, PENDING RECEIPT OF FUNDS...........This Colt Lightning Small Frame rifle, 22 Cal, provides an excellent example of the various unique features brought to the marketplace by Colt’s. The serial number dates to 1895. The bore is poor & dark from early black powder .22’s.
Fortunately, the markings remain nice. This is a would be a fine canvas for a restoration, once again it could be the apple of some young boys eye.      
Overall, this is a nice example of an early Colt Rifle, that was made in 1895. Cal. .22 with a 19” Barrel.  Serial Number: 20760. ANTIQUE so no FFL required.

Antique firearms, pre 1898 do not require a Federal License. For purchase, a copy of a Government Issued Identification (Driver’s License, Etc.), showing date of birth and current address will be required.

Your complete satisfaction is assured, see objective above.  If you are not satisfied, please contact me within 3 days of receipt.  Please don’t fire the weapon, safety, function and accuracy are NOT Guaranteed.  Any weapon offered by Beaver Creek Arms is never test fired nor is there any representation the gun is functional and safe to fire.  These guns are sold for collectors and only represented as used firearms that must be checked by a competent person, observe all the necessary safety precautions prior to attempting to load and fire one of these weapons
RETURNS:
Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt. They must be received in exactly the same condition with no parts exchanged.  If it has been altered, damaged, or fired, a refund will not be made.  Packing, shipping and insurance cost will not be refunded.  All layaway purchases are returnable for merchandise credit only.
 PAYMENT: 
Bank check, Personal check, and Money Orders are preferred. Visa and MasterCard are accepted with a 3% processing fee. For Visa and MasterCard orders please provide the account number, code number, expiration date, name on card, phone number and card billing address. This information can be phoned in, or E-Mailed. 
SALES TAX: 
Pennsylvania state sales tax is 6% for in state purchases. The payment of other states sales tax, if applicable, for shipped items is the buyer’s responsibility.
