This is an over/under double rifle in .30-06 caliber with 24” barrels with over/under 20 gauge 3” chambered shotgun barrels in 26-1/2 inch. The serial number is 177PM01124 indicating it was manufactured in Belgium in 1980. This serial number is marked on the upper tang of the receiver and also on each barrel set, with the rifle barrels designated 1, and the shotgun barrels designated 2. The shotgun barrels are choked full and modified. This gun has an English style straight butt stock and Schnabel style forearms. The rifle barrel has a bead front sight dovetailed into a serrated ramp and a folding express type rear sight mounted on a base affixed to the barrel. The shotgun barrels utilize a ventilated rib with a single front bead. The receiver has Grade I style Browning engraving and a single, selective, gold plated trigger. The wood utilizes a dull oiled finish with finely checkered panels on the forearms and butt stock. This package was originally purchased from B. McDaniel Co. of southeast MI on November 17, 1982 and remains in like new condition.
