2003 Browning A-Bolt Stainless Stalker II in .300 WSM w/ BOSS System and Leupold Bases & 1" Rings ** Superb Hunting Rifle **

Description:
This Browning A-Bolt Stainless Stalker II rifle in .300 WSM was made in 2003 and is in excellent all-original condition overall.  It comes with a factory installed BOSS system and is complete with Leupold bases and 1" inch rings already mounted up.  The Browning A-Bolt Stainless Stalker II with the factory BOSS system on a 23" inch barrel was introduced in 2002 in .300 WSM only.  This is a 2nd year production example in the 23" barrel and .300 WSM chambering with the BOSS system.  It features a satin stainless steel finish, a hinged floorplate with a detachable 3-round box magazine, an adjustable factory trigger, and a black synthetic stock.  The 23" inch barrel has a perfect bore with strong rifling and no visible imperfections.  The BOSS harmonic tuning system is in excellent condition and perfect working order.  The factory satin stainless finish rates 97%, it is very attractive and only shows some very minor handling/storage marks under close inspection.  The factory synthetic stock is in great shape overall and free from any cracks or repairs.  There are a few small handling marks if you look closely but nothing that stands out or detracts from the clean overall look of the rifle.  The action on this Browning is superb.  The short-throw bolt is slick and smooth, and goes into battery precisely without any play or slop.  All of the controls on this rifle work 100% like the day this rifle left the factory.  This Stainless Stalker II comes with matte blue Leupold bases and rings already mounted up on the rifle.  These rings and bases are in excellent shape and the rifle just needs a quality scope mounted in them to be ready for the woods or range.  The .300 Winchester Magnum chambering is a great caliber for this rifle that offers magnum power and velocity in a short action.  This cartridge is capable of taking any game in North America cleanly, as well as having excellent long range accuracy potential.  The BOSS system will really shine on this Browning with this chambering as well, reducing the recoil substantially as well as offering even greater accuracy when tuned to the specific load you choose.  If you have been looking for a top-quality and all-weather rifle for your collection this Browning A-Bolt Stainless Stalker II would be an excellent choice.  This is a rifle that you could carry with pride into any hunting camp or lodge anywhere.
