This H & R Model M12 is an identified US military trainer, chambered in .22 LR. More specifically, it was used as a US Army trainer/match rifle in the 1980s.
It is all matching and includes the US designation on the receiver. This trainer includes a Redfield Olympic rear and front sight. The sights work as they should. The rear sight is absent of its aperature, as these are usually personal choice. This rifle also comes with its Unertl style scope blocks.Forward sling swivel is adjustable on the T rail. Trigger is adjustable. Bolt is elctro penciled correctly to the reveiver.
Bore is clean and shiny. The stock has nice coloring with striping effects with minimal handling marks. The bluing on the barrel does have a couple of handling marks. Please see pictures for details.
